Appliances/tools/serveware needed to execute the experience will be those belonging to the kitchen where the event takes place. (Allison will bring additional items from home when necessary)
A walkthrough of the space prior to your event date is recommended.
What else?
- Approximately 2 - 2.5 hours long
- Hands-on preparation, cooking, and/or mixology, and lively conversation
- Guests arrive, ingredients/components are pre-assembled but not prepared
- We'll slice, dice, chop, mix, saute...or shake, stir, rim, and mix
- You'll then enjoy with your group what you've created together

IN-PERSON SESSION WAIVER
CULINARY EXPERIENCE PARTICIPANT WAIVER - This agreement contains a waiver of claims based on negligence. SAUTE AND SOIREE LLC is dedicated to culinary fun and engagement and experiences/sessions are intended for your enjoyment, and may be either demonstration or hands-on. Your participation is strictly voluntary and does not constitute employment. Because culinary activities can present risks, SAUTE AND SOIREE LLC depends on you to use reasonable care and good judgement, for your own safety and the safety of others. Please follow the directions carefully. If you have any questions, whatsoever, about your ability to safely follow any instructions you are given, please immediately discuss this with your experience provider. In consideration for your participation in any SAUTE AND SOIREE LLC activity, you agree and understand that your participation is voluntary and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical injury or harm. You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless SAUTE AND SOIREE LLC from any and all claims arising out of an injury, disability, or death resulting from your participation in any culinary sessions. This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of SAUTE AND SOIREE LLC. This contract covers yourself and any minor children you bring to a session.
