Enjoy a fridge stocked with hearty, lettuce-free salads, crunchy toppings, and house-made dressings—without the shopping, chopping, or cleanup. Abundant Fridge is a premium, in-home salad service for busy Main Line households.

The Vibe: Vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired menus that are naturally nourishing, clean, and flavor-first. I handle everything—shopping, prepping, and packaging right in your kitchen using my own tools.  

Freshly made on-site, never pre-made for a store shelf.

Abundant Fridge is a signature service, not fully customized meal prep.

• 4 Hearty, Lettuce-Free Salads: One-pound creations featuring grains, pasta, legumes, and crisp, sturdy vegetables selected to maintain their texture in the fridge.
• 3 Crunchy Toppings: Such as toasted seeds, crispy quinoa, and spiced nuts.
• 2 House-Made Vinaigrettes: The finishing touch for your salads.
• 1 Sweet Bonus: A complimentary bag of Alli’s Dark Chocolate Chunk Biscotti.

• Chickpea, Zucchini Noodles, Lemon & Parsley
• Fennel, Olive & Citrus
• Quinoa, Cucumber & Fresh Herbs
• Orecchiette with Genovese Basil Pesto

Selections vary weekly; menus are announced in advance.

Weekly Refresh: $350, plus grocery costs.

Includes shopping, in-home preparation, refrigerator stocking, and kitchen cleanup.

Glass Container Kit: $40 one-time fee.

Service Area: Lower Merion Township and the surrounding Main Line.

Extended Travel: $100 travel and toll surcharge outside the primary service area, including Cherry Hill, NJ.
